Session on Art of Storytelling and Elements of Pitch Deck

The session on Art of Storytelling and Elements of Pitch Deck was taken by Mr. Abhishek Yagnik, Co-Founder of Hude Labs, City Leads & Headstart, and was organized by AIC-RNTU Foundation for the participating Studentpreneurs.Mr. Abhishek discussed about the following points:
1.)Mistakes made by Startups at the time of Pitching -:
Startups often fail by not clearly conveying their value proposition, leaving investors confused about the product or services. Mistakenly focusing too much on product features rather than highlighting the problem it solves can dilute the impact of the narrative.Including excessive data without a clear narrative can overwhelm investors, hindering their ability to grasp the key points and potential of the business.
2.)Points to be considered while preparing a Pitch Deck -:

  • Clearly states the purpose and vision of the project or business.

  • Present your product or services as the solution to the identified problems.

  • Highlight the market size, potential growth, and the unique opportunity your business addresses.

  • Clearly outline how your business is generating revenue.

  • Provide realistic and well-supported financial forecasts to demonstrate the business's potential profitability.

  • Clearly state what you are seeking from investors or stakeholders, whether it's funding, partnerships, or support.
  • Date and Venue: 2024-01-13 - Zoom Meeting
