EO GSEA Bhopal Chapter Finale 2023-2024
AIC-RNTU Foundation in collaboration with EO organized EO GSEA Bhopal Chapter Finale 2023-2024. The event started with an introductory session by Mr. Siddharth Chaturvedi where he gave a brief presentation of the journey of the EO-GSEA Bhopal Chapter followed by the presentation of seven finalists in the Bhopal Chapter Finale.
After the Pitch Deck Presentations, Mr. Apurva Kothari, Director- Ultra HNI & Family Office, Motilal Oswal Private Wealth, took a session over The India Story in Wealth Creation, and then the event came to the end with the valedictory session.
Session 1:
About EO-GSEA
This was an introductory session by Mr. Siddharth where he talked about EO Group, the purpose behind organizing EO GSEA, and the motivation behind it. Mr. Siddharth also congratulated participants for clearing the initial stage and reaching the finals of the Bhopal Chapter Finale of EO-GSEA competition and wished them all the luck for further rounds.
Session 2: Participants Presentation
After the Introductory session, all the participants were requested to present their pitch decks one after the other showcasing their venture. The Presentations included problem statement, solution they are providing, market size, traction, competitor analysis, revenue model, team, and financial projections. The session was then followed by Q&A by investors.
Session 3: The India Story in Wealth Creation
The session on India Story in Wealth Creation was taken by Mr. Apurva Kothari, Director Ultra HNI & Family Office, Motilal Oswal Private Wealth. Mr. Kothari started the session with a briefing about how in ancient times people used to create wealth by giving examples of practices like trade, craftsmanship, and resource management.
Moving forward, Mr. Kothari enlightened the Participants about how India is a rising force in wealth creation, and leverages technology and entrepreneurship. In the session He further mentioned that 57% Seed Funding has happened in past 10 Years in India's Startups, He also suggested that for low margin businesses, Debt is not a Good Option.
