Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) session

Session 2: Building and Testing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) The session on the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, led by Mr. Shubham Nema, provided essential insights into the core concepts of starting and running a business. Participants explored key entrepreneurial principles, including idea validation, business planning, and market analysis, equipping them with foundational knowledge to effectively launch and manage their ventures.
And after that in this session encouraged students to explore creativity in developing MVP ideas, guiding them through innovative approaches to validate and refine their concepts. Students engaged in brainstorming activities to identify unique features and solutions that address real user needs. This hands-on approach fostered creative thinking, allowing participants to generate and evaluate diverse MVP ideas. By applying these creative techniques, students learned to develop more effective and market-ready products.
