Who can apply
- DPIIT-recognised Indian private limited company with at least 51% Indian ownership
- Registered in a Tier-II or Tier-III city
- Working on a tech-based product in a MeitY-promoted domain — not a pure service platform
- Market-ready, ideally revenue-generating product; patent holders preferred
- Not previously supported under TIDE 2.0 (Scale-up), SAMRIDH, or an ungraduated GENESIS EIR cohort, and free of legal disputes
- Has a signed term sheet from an independent lead investor for the 1:1 matching to apply against
